It wasn't you, it was me.

I spent some time away. I was at this high of traveling the country and even the world to capture weddings. I met a million new faces, I'd like to think that I rocked them all, but who knows. I ventured into a new opportunity of starting on the ground floor of a new local craft brewery opening near me. I helped create the visual brand and build their social media up from a few meager followers to being a well regarded and curated brand. As fun as the gig was, I was too busy doing that to the point that I had to turn down weddings, portrait sessions. I was offered a spot at a photo workshop in England to speak about a photo project that I was doing that captured women taking their bodies back after emotional and physical trauma. But the new job kept me so busy that I couldn't go. But after awhile, I started shooting again and leaving the job behind. Photography has always been an iron lung for me to help me breathe on those days where life gets too life-y. I picked up shooting film again, started pushing my photography in the areas of boudoir, branding and so many new places. So here I am, back again, a new website, a new blog, a new passion to connect with faces, new and old and capture moments in their lives. I'm ready to hit the road and come to you. Even though I've been shooting for nearly ten years now, this truly feels like just starting over.

Let's do this.
